Terms of Service (Flag Quiz)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Flag Quiz" ("the App"), provided by NAGI STUDIO ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Our handling of user information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "App": The "Flag Quiz" application provided by NAGI STUDIO
• "User": Any person who uses the App
• "Ads": Advertisements displayed within the App

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

• Age Requirement: The App is only available to users aged 13 or older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.
• No Account Required: No account registration is required to use the App.
• Device Requirements: An iOS device is required to use the App.

4. Account and Usage

No account registration is required to use the App.

• Data Storage: Quiz progress, collection status, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• Cross-Device Sync: Since data is stored locally on your device, syncing data across different devices is not supported.
• Data Restoration: If you delete the App, your saved data will be lost.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob.

• Ad Types: Banner and interstitial advertisements may be displayed.
• Advertising Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) may be used for ad delivery. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including all content (text, images, audio, design, game systems, etc.), belong to us or the respective rights holders.

Flag data and related information displayed in the App are based on publicly available sources. However, the treatment of such data may vary depending on the laws and interpretations of each country or region.

• License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Circumventing or disabling the App's security features
• Using the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the App or its content
• Infringing on third-party rights
• Interfering with the normal operation of the App
• Any other activities we deem inappropriate

If we determine that a user has violated these Terms, we may restrict or suspend their access to the App.

8. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the following:

• Accuracy of Content: We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided in the App.
• Learning Outcomes: We do not guarantee any learning outcomes from using the App. Results may vary between individuals.
• Device Compatibility: We do not guarantee the App will function correctly on all devices. Performance may vary based on device specifications and settings.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction, App deletion, or other causes.
• Ad Content: We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed in the App.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues related to third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Google AdMob, or Firebase.

The foregoing does not apply in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the App's content as necessary
• Terminate the provision of the App if unavoidable circumstances arise
• Provide updates to the App (which may change its features)

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary.

Modified Terms will take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the App's update information.
