Kids Terms
These terms apply portfolio-wide to children-directed apps published by NAGI STUDIO.
The apps are intended for children with supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian is the contracting party and is responsible for supervising the child's use of the app.
1. Contracting Party and Supervision
A parent or legal guardian enters into these terms on behalf of a child user. Parents/guardians should supervise usage, device settings, and purchase controls.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP)
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown by the relevant store.
- We do not store payment card information.
- Refund requests are governed by the relevant store policy.
- Purchase restoration requires the same store account used for the original purchase.
For restore guidance, see Support.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the services, violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with normal operation.
4. No Educational Outcome Guarantee
Our apps are designed to support learning experiences, but we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, score improvements, or skill acquisition.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAGI STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the apps.
For direct damages, liability is limited to a reasonable scope except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Service Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate app features for maintenance, improvement, legal compliance, or security reasons.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For business-to-business or other non-mandatory disputes, the Tokyo District Court will generally be the agreed court of first instance.
Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory law allows, you may bring claims in your country of residence, and non-waivable local consumer protections continue to apply.
9. App Store Platforms
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the services.
